What are the add-ons and when should I use them?

Add-ons enhance your recruitment campaign:

Full Sourcing Suite (£300): We actively search for candidates using professional tools. Ideal for hard-to-fill roles or when you want proactive sourcing beyond job applications.
Enhanced Job Promotion (£200): Premium sponsored advertising for greater visibility and faster applications. Great when you need to hire quickly.
Placement Replacement (£100): If your hire leaves within 30 days, we rerun the campaign at no extra cost. Added peace of mind.

Can I hire multiple people with one package?

Yes! One Ari package covers one role, but there's no limit to how many candidates you can hire from that campaign. If you're hiring for multiple roles simultaneously, we can discuss bulk pricing.

The Process

How long does it take to hire someone?

A typical timeline is 3-4 weeks, but this varies by role and market conditions:

Days 1-2: Initial consultation and job advert creation
Days 3-7: Job adverts go live and applications come in
Days 8-14: We screen CVs and conduct phone interviews
Days 15-21: You receive shortlist and conduct final interviews
Days 22-30: Offer, acceptance, and onboarding

What happens after I sign up?

Within 24 hours of signing up, your dedicated recruiter will contact you to schedule an initial consultation. We'll discuss the role, your company culture, requirements, and create a job advert together. Once approved, we'll launch your campaign and start sourcing candidates immediately.

What if I don't hire in the first 30 days?

Although we try to fill roles as quickly as possible, some roles due to complexity or longer interview stages can take 2 or 3 campaigns before a hire is made.

Do I have to commit to a contract?

No long-term contracts. Each Ari package covers 30 days of recruitment support for one role. If you want to hire again, simply book another campaign. No lock-in, no commitments beyond the single 30-day period you've paid for.

How often will I hear from you?

Your dedicated recruiter will provide regular updates throughout the 30-day period. Typically, you'll receive weekly progress reports and immediate notification when we have strong candidates to present. You can also contact your recruiter anytime for updates.
